Choosing a wedding venue is one of your most important tasks on pre-wedding to-do list, you can't start making decisions about details like layout, décor, entertainment, or food until you know the size and style of your space. We have ideas, inspiration and colour palettes to help you create your perfect day and all at affordable prices, so planning your wedding become fun, but it also requires a lot of hard work. We're here to help with every detail of not only your ceremony and reception but the smooth transition between both.
To help we have broken down the different parts of the day, helping you see what you may need throughout the day.
The Ceremony Room or Outside Ceremony Area.
If you are getting married at your venue, you will have the choice to dress your Ceremony Room or Outside Ceremony Area. We have lots of options and ideas to help style these areas, fitting in with the style of the venue to create the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. In the ceremony area you will have chairs set in rows for your guests, a set of chairs for the best man/woman and your partner. You will also have a table with two chairs to sit at for the signing of your wedding certificates and paperwork.
Depending on the style of chair depends on how it can be dressed using a chair sash, chair drape or if it may need a white chair cover. If the chairs in the ceremony are not moved to your wedding breakfast area you may only want to dress the end aisle chairs. Our beautiful lanterns look stunning lighting the way up the aisle with silk petals to match your colour theme
We offer a free white chair cover for the banqueting chairs when hiring sashes. The Chiavari chairs can be dark wood, light pine, white or crystal clear or the venue might have the wooden cross back chairs. The Chiavari and Wooden cross back style chairs would only require a sash or chair drape.

keeping the wedding private. This is normally placed next to the confetti at the ceremony
and moved to the post box and guest book after to continue to remind the guests

Bookings will be taken with a non refundable deposit that is to hold your required date. Our set up, staffing, collection, laundry and mileage costs will be calculated according to what is hired. This allows us to keep our costs low and makes it cost effective for you and your budget. This is clearly stated separately in your quote and invoice.
